• Services are provided using our walkthrough-driven process to ensure quality and consistency.
• Any additional services or special requests must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns or conditions outside our service scope.

Payment terms.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• For commercial clients, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 15 days.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
• We accept credit cards and ACH transfers.

Cancellation policy.

• Scheduled services must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
• For recurring contracts, 30 days written notice is required to terminate the agreement.

Liability & insurance.
