Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By engaging LexClean for commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between LexClean and our clients.

Scope of Services

  • LexClean provides professional commercial cleaning services as outlined in your service agreement or quote.
  • Services are provided using our 3-Step Process to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Any additional services or special requests must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns or conditions outside our service scope.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For recurring clients, invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 15 days.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
  • We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and approved business accounts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduled services must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • For recurring contracts, 30 days written notice is required to terminate the agreement.

Liability & Insurance

  • LexClean maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
  • We are responsible for damage directly caused by our negligence during service.
  • Clients must notify us of any damage claims within 48 hours of service completion.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service where damage occurred or $5,000, whichever is less.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. LexClean is not responsible for any charges you may incur from your carrier.

Carrier Information

Our SMS services are compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Protection

LexClean respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your contact information. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may only be shared with service providers who facilitate text message delivery on our behalf (such as SMS gateway providers), and these providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
